The breakfast we had, from fruits to eggs, was simple, continental, and sumptuous.

Really enjoyed my stay. I booked beautifully designed, modern room with couches, beer, for example. The staff was fairly friendly and exceptionally pleasant all the time. Central location was a plus. There where a local store and local stores around the hotel. It took only 5 minutes to walk to Al-Falah Schools 54 bus stop.

They overcharged me by 220 euros. Despite being shown the book.com rate and agreeing to issue a refund, after a month they have not made the refund. They do not respond to emails and do not follow through with their commitments. I was not impressed by the facility, the food and certainly not with the service when a problem arose.

the location was perfect and incredible. the staff members were knowledgeable. It was situated in an absolutely gorgeous area near a hill overlooking a valley and extensive vineyards. A great base for us.

The staff is extremely polite and outstandingly accommodating, they ensure you have a relaxing time here. The room is double superior with a beautiful decor.

Views are bad and the bathrooms are very dated.

We took our dog and children (13, 12 and 10) and felt that we needed to keep both quiet. Very lovely villa that lends itself to adult guests. I made reservations for two rooms--one through Booked.net and one directly with the hotel via their website. When we arrived, they only had one room and thought I did not want two rooms. They should have emailed me to verify. We had to change rooms once with each room during our 6 night stay. I did add extra nights via Booked.net which confused them. We spent over 2000 euros and though they worked it out, they made me feel as if it was my error. It was not. I also had said on the reservation that the dog would be with us and they said they were not notified of the dog. I recommend that you verify your reservation prior to arrival.

It was really great value. the location was fascinating, near to the nearest village and ' gardens of the world, in a beautiful area.

Many nice places in and outside the house to read and relax. Nearby Florence. The dinners. The lovely villa and the surroundings. The friendly staff who is always willing to answer questions. The honesty bar.

In a villa like this, with all these stairs and no elevator, it would be nice if the staff would help the guests with bringing their luggage to the room.

This is a beautiful house with lovely romantic rooms. The swimming pool and spa facilities were great.

It was disappointing that such an expensive hotel does not have fresh squeezed juice and real Italian coffee for breakfast.
